Tag: Mid-Year Freak Out 2018

mid-year-reading-challenge

I was really hoping to get tagged in this one when I saw it going around a few weeks ago and somehow I totally missed that Bibi @ Bibi’s Book Blog did tag me a month ago!! Well better late than never because I still want to do this tag and technically we’re only like 20 days from mid-year so whatever.

    • I have been so freaking slow about TOG! The novellas totally threw me off and now I’m nervous about the commitment and potential further devastation lol! One I get my Assassin’s Blade review done I’ll probably start though. I already have it downloaded on my kindle app.

    • SO good! I can’t even formulate a review much past “omg I lurved it cause all the things” but I’m not letting myself read the second book until I do or else I’ll never write it.

    • I haven’t seen the film, I’m worried I wouldn’t like it. But the books KILL me in the best way, they really put me in such a silly and happy mood. Cool to know someone else who love these! Have you read her Withering Tights series? It’s about Georgia’s cousin. They are quite funny as well. I haven’t looked into but I got the feeling there were meant to be more in the series but sadly Louise Rennison passed away.

    • Oh man! I just read another review recently that called Feyre a wet lettuce! I liked Feyre a lot but more so at the end of the first book and in the following two books. Book 2 actually made book 1 better in hindsight for me.

    • Ugh kinda yeah! I’ve been on the fence about doing a review for it. I’m glad I got some info about what was going on with Simon and everyone before Dark Artifices but also it was so abrupt after all the build up to him becoming a shadowhunter, also his roommate 😭
